General Refunds
Your ticket purchase for all events are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person of the same gender free of charge. Email us from this site to transfer your ticket - this MUST be done before 5pm the day BEFORE the event so we can make note of the change on our list. If not, the person that you would like to attend instead will be refused admission on your behalf.

Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled for any reason (including, but not limited to, weather, venue cancellations, low attendance etc...), another date will be made available for the event. The new date will be posted on our website and if you bought tickets to the prior cancelled event, you will get an email about the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you can opt for a refund.

Low Attendance
Because we strive for excellence, if we fail to meet our minimum attendance requirement for an event, we will cancel the event and issue a full refund to all parties.
